I guess you could say I have a passion for painting nails. I absolutely love it. I started earlier on in the year. You can use normal nailpolish or you can buy special nailpolish with a thinner brush specifically designed for nail art. Otherwise you can buy 1 nailbrush and just wash it after every time you use a colour.
On the internet there are plenty of ideas. After a bit of practise, you can effortlessly have beautiful nails. Have a go. I buy my things from 'Cosmetics Plus' but I am sure there would be other places to buy.
Give it ago and it is pretty cheap.
